The Fusion dining room before service

Our Story

Mediterranean Kitchen. Himalayan Hospitality.

Two coastlines, one table, and a family that treats guests as family.

A great meal is really about the people around the table.

We opened Fusion to put two traditions on the same table — a Mediterranean kitchen built on flame, olive oil and lemon, run with the hospitality we grew up with in the Himalayas. Twelve years later, the room is still family-owned and the standard has not moved.

  1. The dining room before service, booths and brass lamps

    Why Fusion exists

We opened on Preston Road because Dallas had plenty of Mediterranean menus and very few Mediterranean rooms — places where the food arrives hot, the table stays full, and nobody rushes you out for the second seating.

  2. A champagne service set up at the bar

    Hospitality first

Our hospitality comes from the Himalayas, where a guest in the house is family for as long as they are there. That is the standard the floor is held to every night.

  3. Falafel and grilled pita plated for the table

    Two cuisines, two cultures

The kitchen draws on the Mediterranean coast — flame, olive oil, lemon, charcoal. The dumplings and the spice come from home. Both belong on the same table.

  4. Lamb shank plated over saffron rice

    Cooked with care, not speed

The lamb shank takes 24 hours. The chops are marinated overnight. Nothing on this menu is faster than it should be, and the dining room is better for it.

“Come for the lamb, stay for the evening.”
